Girl Scouts is a non-profit organization that teaches girls leadership, money management, and communication skills. I have been a Girl Scout since the 1st grade and it has truly helped shape the person I am today. As a Girl Scout Ambassador, I completed my Gold Award in August of 2020. The Gold Award is the highest honor a Girl Scout can receive and only 6% of Girl Scouts receive the award. Although I have already completed my Gold Award, I am continuing to work on my project Soak Up Education in hopes of furthering my impact at the Malaika School.
