My Mission

The goal of my project is to support the Malaika School so that the teachers can give the highest education to their students. This will allow for the girls to not only create a positive life for themselves but a better livelihood for their entire community.

Before Malaika, the underserved village of Kalebuca had no access to electricity, clean water, or educational facilities.

My Plan for action

  • Sell bath products to raise money to send supplies to the Malaika School.

  • Promote my project through signs and pamphlets at Reeves Peach Farm.

  • Frequently update the “News” section of my website, informing my followers of how my project in going.

  • Get girls in my community to write pen pal letters for girls at the Malaika School.

  • Purchase 335 backpacks, raincoats, pencils, and colored pencils to send to the school.

  • Periodically send suitcases full of supplies with travelers to the Malaika School.

  • Post pictures of the students at the Malaika School with the supplies I have sent them.

  • Send interview questions to the teachers to ask the students and post responses on my website.
